Mr. Prathamesh Kulkarni - Manager – HR

He is company secretary and law graduate. He is having sound knowledge in labour laws. He is associated with IRCED from 2 years. He tells that he is having interest in project finance and finance related matter. Prathamesh Kulkarni worked in reknowned IT company i.e. Infosys Ltd.  Apart from professional life, he have interest in playing guitar, trekking etc.

Mr. Goutam S. Kamble - AREA MANAGER Microfinance

Goutam is our another committed staff member associated with us since Jan, 2008. He has completed his education till HSC and but based on his hard work and talent today he is at senior level post. Still he has not given up the effort of taking further education. This year he has taken admission for BA from YCMOU.

As a Senion Manager he is looking after HR and operation related works. Before joining IRCED he has almost five years of working experience in the fields of Guest House Management, Transport Management and Office Time Machine record maintenance (In and Out). He is expert in good control over field operations and motivation to the staff. Playing cricket and carom are his major hobbies.

Mrs. Rani Chavan-Junior Accountant

Mrs. Rani Chavan is associated with IRCED from june 2015. Her qualification is M.com, GDC & A. She is having expertise in accounts and also having good hold on audit. She is having more than 5 years of experience in industrial accounting. She is expert in tally work.

Mr. Nitin Kamble - Administrative officer

Mr. Nitin Kamble is associated with IRCED from September 2015. His educational qualification is B.A. He is responsible for overall administration of IRCED. He has not hesitated to take up new responsibilities easily. He is also handling MIS part also. Before joining IRCED, he worked for 5 years in medical & microfinance field as administrative officer.

Mrs. Manjusha Aditya Kulkarni - Administrative Officer

Manjusha joined IRCED from June,2014. Though she is fresh staff, she has not hesitated to take up new responsibilities easily. Her educational qualification is B.com. She also done Tally ERP 9 course. She is responsible for Yes Bank project presently. Before joining IRCED she worked for ten years in the fields of account and faculty for Tally ERP- 9. She mentions that she is having expertise in the field of administrative work. Her hobbies are reading, singing songs, dance, chitchatting with people, etc.

Mrs. Sneha Kadam - MIS Officer

Sneha is associated with IRCED since Mar,2013. Her educational qualification is M.Com., GDC&A, and certificate course in IT in Computer, and Tally ERP 9. Even she is appointed as MIS officer presently she is also working on tally for Yes Bank project, SPVS and original document verification of all staff. Before joining IRCED she has six years and six months experience with CA firm on horticulture loan, micro finance and general audit. She has expertise of working in excel and tally. She likes to play chess and her other hobbies are drawing, rangoli, etc.

Mrs. Sharada Barale - Account Officer

Sharada has joined our organization from Feb,2014. After joining the organization she has taken good hold on accounting activities in just short period. She has completed her education in BBA from Sangli. Presently she is looking after all accounting related activities at head office. Before joining IRCED she also has five years and six months working experience in accounting and supervision in engineering operations. She is expert in currently using tally works. Readings and dancing are her best hobbies.

Mr. Amol Sutar - Office Boy

Amol is very enthusiastic person in all situations. He is associated with us since last two years. His educational qualification is SSC. He helps all head office staff in their daily works. He is very punctual in his works. When any one asks him that which one the smart work he does better, he replies that he like to work most on bank related tasks. His hobbies are visiting tourists’ places, reading and swimming. Etc
